We strive to return all phone calls in a prompt and efficient manner. We always return all phone calls within the same business day if possible and definitely by the next business day.

No, we are group practice, and this allows us to designate the therapist that is right for you.

We work with all insurances depending on whether you have a policy that allows you to choose your provider. Our staff will check your insurance coverage and benefits for you ahead of time. We will then contact you to explain your coverage for our services. All insurance claims will be submitted for you so you don’t have to worry about the hassle of dealing with insurance while addressing your mental health needs.

Yes, we have evening and Saturday appointments available for your convenience.  Please contact us.

Most appointments are 60 minutes long unless your need is otherwise.

Usually weekly sessions are initially the plan, though more or less frequent visits may be indicated in your particular case. Some people who are in significant distress or in crisis may require more than one session per week. This is a collaborative process that the therapist who is working with you will discuss when developing the best treatment plan to meet your individual needs.

Yes, we are a group practice with both male and female therapists.
All our therapists are state licensed. Our current staff has licensed psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, licensed professional counselors, and licensed certified alcohol and drug counselors. Many of our therapists hold multiple state licenses.
