About Our Therapy & Counseling
Taking the first step to seek counseling or therapy can be very difficult and anxiety provoking. The fact that you are on our website is the first step in getting help for your struggles. We are a group private practice with multiple therapists trained in multifaceted psychological disciplines and are here to help you find answers and solutions to ease your distress. Individual therapy and counseling are tailored to your specific needs in collaboration with your therapist or counselor.
About Our Therapists
We have both male and female therapists, offer day, evening and weekend hours, and will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We specialize in the treatment of:

How We Can Help
Our group has providers who are trained and highly experienced in a wide variety of psychological disciplines including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy, couples and family counseling, addictions counseling, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, and many others. When you call, the clinical coordinator will make his or her best effort over the phone to determine who in our practice will be best suited to work with you.
